Karl and Nancy were first introduced to us in An Unexpected Path, and it was wonderful to be able to now read their origin story and learn more about their special relationship. They met in the 1990s, and it was fun to read about that time period with some Canadianisms thrown in. Their insta-love was entertaining, and I enjoyed all the humour throughout the book.
