I really enjoyed this fun romcom. Margot wants to be a literary agent for romance books. She is also hoping to find a life partner. Unfortunately the only relationship she had lately was with her sleezy boss and she wants her own meet cute. She tries dating apps off and on but she keeps matching with Oliver. They had a date that turned into a disaster so she knows they definitely aren’t a match. Her career has also hit a wall so in her sadness she decides to give Oliver one more date. Even though they don’t seem compatible sparks fly and she realizes there is a lot more to Oliver than she originally thought. I loved these two characters! Oliver is adorable and a great book boyfriend. The banter throughout the book was great and I loved seeing the growth in Margot’s character. There is also an interesting twist near the end. This is a great romcom! This is Kasie West’s debut adult novel after publishing in the YA genre and she hit it out of the park.
